When our digestive fire, known as Agni, is strong, we are better able to absorb nutrients, maintain energy, support immunity, and experience greater physical and emotional balance. When digestion becomes weakened, we may experience bloating, gas, indigestion, fatigue, brain fog, inflammation, weight gain, and a general feeling of being "out of balance."

In this workshop you'll learn:

  • The Ayurvedic concept of Agni (digestive fire)

  • Common signs of weak or imbalanced digestion

  • How digestion influences energy, immunity, mood, and healthy aging

  • Simple ways to reduce bloating, sluggishness, and digestive discomfort

  • Foods and spices that support healthy digestion

  • Daily routines that strengthen digestive health

  • Ayurvedic practices for cultivating long-term vitality

Whether you're looking to improve digestion, increase energy, support healthy aging, or simply feel better in your body, this workshop will provide practical tools you can begin using right away.
