In our fast-paced world, finding moments of true stillness is a vital practice for the mind, body, and spirit. This session is an invitation to pause, breathe, and surrender. We will practice supportive yoga, somatic movement, and meditation guiding you into sacred stillness.

This practice stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system (ie: the vagus nerve), shifting your body out of "fight or flight" mode and into a state of deep healing and restoration. The focus is not on stretching or strength, but purely on release, and quiet mindfulness.
