Come Back to Calm

A 3–hour Journey to Nervous System Health & Resilience

October 11, 2026

Life can be a lot. Between busy schedules, constant stimulation, changing bodies, relationships, responsibilities, and the everyday demands of being a woman, it’s easy for our nervous systems to get stuck in “go” mode.

But your body has an incredible capacity to find its way back toward balance.

This three-hour gathering is an opportunity to step away from the noise and reconnect with yourself. You’ll explore the fascinating world of the nervous system and learn simple ways to support regulation through movement, breath, mindfulness, yoga, somatic awareness, meditation, and deep rest.

You don’t need to be flexible, experienced in yoga, or “good at relaxing.” You simply need to come ready to pause, listen, and experience.
